Make it a date night or a lunch date at one of our area’s newest restaurants. Bianca’s Restaurant in Albany is officially open!
After hosting a quiet soft opening for training in late August, Bianca’s Restaurant in Albany is now open to the public.
The new restaurant is open for both lunch and dinner service Monday through Saturday. For now, reservations are required for the dinner service from 5 to 10 p.m. Lunch is served from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. with no reservations needed.
Upon arrival, guests may find the hardest part is deciding what to order. Bianca’s Restaurant dishes up a healthy variety of pastas, pizzas, steaks, seafood and more.
For lunch, visitors may opt to start with a bold choice such as calamari fritti, then go a more traditional route with the “Hoagie Cheeseburger.” It’s a grilled-to-order ⅓-lb. beef burger topped with cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion, ketchup, mustard and mayonnaise.
Of course, the lunch menu offers a variety of other selections ranging from specialty pizzas to salads to pastas.
The dinner menu has similar items but even more variety and choices. There are more appetizers, salads, pizzas and sandwiches plus more entrées including Bianca’s filet served with buffalo butter, thyme and herbs on a sizzling skillet.
According to their Facebook page, Bianca’s Restaurant in Albany currently isn’t accepting reservations for parties of eight or more from Thursday through Saturday without the manager’s approval.
The best way to get in touch with the restaurant, including reservation requests, is by emailing [email protected]. If you prefer to speak to someone, call the restaurant at (229) 404-3779.
